Hi, my name is Wim Brouwers. I’m an independent documentary filmmaker from the Netherlands. I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Audiovisual Media from the University of the Arts Utrecht in 2021. In 2025, I completed a Master’s in Film Studies and Visual Culture at the University of Antwerp, where my thesis focused on the ethical stance documentary filmmakers can take in the poetic representation of their participants.
